Hello, readers! This entry is going to be a little different than my previous ones. It's more of a rant than anything else. I'm going to be writing about the bio length limit on certain social media sites. How am I supposed to share with my fellow humans who I am as a person in 150 characters or less? What if someone comes up with an introduction of themself that's both warm and witty, but it has to be cut down because, according to the site, it's "too long." So a few words are cut, but it's still too long, a few more, the same thing. Then you cut words again. Your bio is acceptable to the site now, but for you, it's stripped of the wittiness it once had. It honestly reminds me of the publishing industry, and how your book is chopped and chopped to the point where you no longer recognize it as the book you wrote.
